Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LittleWoodshed ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

License Grant

LittleWoodshed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software in accordance with these terms.

Perpetual License

A one-time payment granting lifetime access to the Software, including all future updates.

Subscription License

Monthly or yearly access to the Software. Subscription must remain active to continue using the Software.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
  • Create derivative works based on the Software
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

Download Feature & User Responsibility

LittleWoodshed includes a download feature that allows you to save media files for offline practice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this feature complies with applicable laws, copyright regulations, and any terms of service or license agreements you have accepted with content providers. We do not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the unauthorized downloading or distribution of copyrighted material. By using the download feature, you confirm that you have the legal right to download and use the content for your personal practice purposes.

Payment & Refunds

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. The perpetual license is a one-time payment.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. Contact support@sintec.ch for refund requests.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
